But there's one final piece of the puzzle we need to talk about: Monetization!

Because let's face it,

as much as we all love creating content for the sake of art and expression,

we've also got bills to pay and dreams to chase. (ain’t that a bar)

So, today,

I'll walk you through the step-by-step roadmap to turning your personal brand,

into a profitable business.

We're talking about going from pennies to paychecks,

from side hustle to full-time income,

coming from someone who started with Minecraft clips at 18,

to now owning my complete online business,

working full-time and making, well, more than full-time.

Step 1: Affiliate Marketing

For the caveman:

(This is where you promote other people's products or services and earn a commission for every sale you generate.)

It's like being a digital salesperson

but without the cheesy suits and slimy sales tactics.

You simply share products you genuinely love and believe in,

and when your audience buys through your unique link,

you get a cut of the profits!

The beauty of affiliate marketing is that it's a low-risk,

and low-effort way to start monetizing your audience.

You don't need to create your own products

or deal with customer service and fulfillment.

You just need to build trust with your audience

and recommend products that truly help them.

Companies typically have their applications at the bottom of their web pages,

and in general, this is the best way to get started monetizing from day one.

Paste your affiliate link in your bio and work on your content. (DONE!)

Step 2: Brand Deals

The next step on your monetization journey is brand deals.

This is where companies pay you,

to promote their products or services to your audience.

It's like being a mini-celebrity endorser,

(but without the paparazzi and the red carpet.)

You simply create content that showcases the brand in a positive light,

and in return, you make $!!!

The key to landing brand deals is to have a strong,

engaged audience that aligns with the brand's target market.

Again:

Why motivational videos are so hard to monetize.

I could talk about brand deals for hours,

but the key is to add your email in the bio,

“rookie mistake” if you have not.

Step 3: Digital Products

The third step on your monetization journey is creating,

and selling your own digital products.

This is where you package your knowledge, skills, and experience into:

-Or other downloadable assets that your audience can purchase and consume.

Time to become that teacher who smells coffee all over the classroom,

What specific problem do you solve, and for whom?
