Your Lead Magnet is Killing Sales

Friend,

Happy New Year!

While everyone's hyped about their resolutions today,

let me share what actually makes goals stick.

Here's the framework that changed everything for me:

1. The Sacrifice Rule

Most people focus on what to add to their lives.

Wrong approach.

First, identify what you'll remove.

Want to create daily content?

Something has to go.

Maybe it's those 2 hours of Netflix.

Want to hit the gym?

That morning scroll session needs to disappear.

This simple shift will free up the time you need to actually make progress, instead of just hoping you'll "find time somewhere."

2. The Friction Framework

When you have a goal.

Don't make it harder. Make it effortless.

  • Want to gym? Pack your bag the night before

  • Want to create content? Script your week on Sunday

  • Want to eat better? Prep meals in bulk

Then add friction to what you're removing:

  • Delete social apps

  • Block distracting websites

  • Turn off notifications

Making things easier (not harder) is what turns new habits into automatic behaviors that actually stick.

3. The Pain Principle

No one becomes great without a driving force.

You need a why that hurts.

For me? The thought of being stuck in a 9-5 I hated at 19 was unbearable.

That pain fueled 350+ pieces of content last year.

Having real pain behind your goals turns "want to" into "need to",

and that's what gets you moving when motivation fades.

Everyone's motivated on January 1st.

But what you remove matters more than what you add.

What you simplify matters more than what you force.

And what drives you matters more than what you do.

Let 2025 be the year you finally draw that line in the sand and make the change you've been wanting for years.

-Stay awesome 💪
